 LOMO SALTADO 

Lomo saltado is an extremely popular dish of tha so-called fusion cuisene that combines the gastronomic tradition of sautéing food with peruvian ingredients such as yellow chili, coriander and tomato. This succulent main dish is always served with white  rice and french fries.

As the same procedure of hhe previous lomo saltado, omly change the chicken for the deef since some preferchiken and others the beet and both meals are very tasty, realy delicious.





                                              MY EATING HADITS 



Hi! My name is Lucero, i am from Perú from the city iquitos.
I Will tell you a little habais my  eating habits.

For breakfast, i usually have milk or orange juice with fried or sewn eggs, i also add put them in a dread, sometimes just bread.
For lunch, i usualy eat roast chicken, minced  fish, spicy chicken end vived lemon or passion fruit juice, baceuse lunch always varies.
For dinner, i usually have coffee or tea and some cheese so it´s not too heavy in the evening. I don´t eat fried foods or carbohydrates at night.
